Why the application and payment policy for brim 2016 will be increased

It has been decided that the application and payment policy for brim 2016 will be increased to RM650. This decision has been received with mixed reviews, and both financial and economic experts have since suggested that a further review is needed on the policy so that the system can work better in helping those in need. Some experts have suggested that the system should be reviewed so that people can pay at least 2 or 3 times a year to improve the system. Some suggest that this can be achieved by dividing the payment into equal parts and enabling people pay in small parts throughout the year. It is also suggested that the policy should be reviewed so that the aid can be mixed, especially in terms of cash and according to the needs of the people.

For kemaskini brimto work for everybody, experts also suggest that the system should focus on balancing the increasing cost of transport, utility and food items. Cash payouts can be divided in utility rebates or hard cash to enable the system work and help those in need. Other suggestions from experts also include issuing out of vouchers for people who buy school stuff as well as vouchers for food rebates or any other necessary items. While most people have taken the news on the brim 2016 issue as a positive step, there are others who have pointed out the risks such a system poses.

According to critics of brim 2016, it is the responsibility of the government to help people. Moreover, it should be the responsibility of the government to think about all the families that are going to be in this program. Most people suggest that the brim application should be given in theform of vouchers for various items. This is said that it will be beneficial especially in improving certain areas. Furthermore, it is also suggested that the government must review the needs of those people they want to help with this program and decide the best combination of voucher help and direct cash accordingly.

It has also been noted that since cash payouts are given to those in need every year, there has to be a limit to the number of people that will apply for brim 2016. But due to the fact that the number of people in this program increases year by year, it goes to show that the online system isn’t working properly and needs to be modified or changed. The brim 2016 policy was implemented back in 2012. The payout amount was RM100 for families that were earning less than RM3,000 a month. The implementation was taken so that it could ease the pressure on all families that had low incomes.
